IMA Monthly Meetings

The Indigenous Ministers Association gathers monthly on the second Tuesday of each month via Zoom.

Meeting Time: 

6:00 PM Eastern Time
5:00 PM Central Time
4:00 PM Mountain Time
3:00 PM Pacific Time
2:00 PM Alaska Time

These gatherings are a space for connection, collaboration, and visioning. Each meeting includes time for prayer, reports, and open discussion. It’s also a time to bring your hopes, what you sense, dream, and desire for the future of Indigenous ministry in the Evangelical Covenant Church.

Who Can Vote

While all are welcome to attend and participate in the conversation, only official IMA voting members may vote on formal decisions and organizational matters. We value everyone’s voice, and we encourage those who are not yet members to consider joining.

We follow Robert’s Rules of Order to ensure respectful, fair, and organized meetings. A typical agenda includes:
